Traditional Art Entry! (Figured I should put that front and center as I usually do digital.)
Original line art by *JadeDragonne and can be found here for this contest (just scroll to the bottom for details). As always check out both *JadeDragonne and #CutiePieWonderland for fabulous line arts and colors.
Printed out on standard 8.5" x 11" paper, with the laser printer...I think...if not it was my ink jet. (What? I'm on a computer network, we share printers.) Had the image full size / take up the whole page. I needed that space to squeeze in the details.
Colored with Prismacolor colored pencils and the colorless blender pencil to help save my colors. Although, as per usual, I longed for about six shades I don't have yet. At least these are cheaper than my markers.
Took a break from digital and went traditional for this one because it's getting hot out and it's nicer to go out and sit in the shade and work than sit at a stuffy computer.

I am definitely going to have to buy some quality colored pencils. The difference in the finished result is amazing. I can see all of the subtle shading and it is so well done. Beautiful piece.
